I've watched it numerous times and yes it does look like a really good workout. I even recorded it a few weeks ago with plans to do it, but I haven't yet.
Well I did it!! For me who hates structured workouts I can't believe that I am doing it!
Not bad and it didn't make me feel inferior!
I not only did a half hour show but I did an hour show later!! WOW!!
I know that I am going to feel it in my butt and thighs tomorrow!
