Anyone have a good lowcarb recipe for Barbacoa? I love the barbacoa at Chipotle's and would love a recipe to do at home in my slow cooker!

oops I'm sorry! lol....

it is shredded beef that is spicey, there is a chain around here "Chipotles" that makes it and it is yummy! I wondered if anyone here knew a good lowcarb recipe for it. I can always google it and see whats in it.
