Need support thru the Holidays.


1. Only 1 special item that would be considered SAD on designated days: NOT Halloween. Only days designated as "Thanksgiving" or Christmas. COuld be more than one of each depending on family plans. NO two days in a row. NO exception for New Years Day. NO exception New Years Eve.
Allow 1 goof.

2. All meals must be LC. snacking on fat ok. Work down from 2-3 meals to 1-2 meals.
Meals between noon and 9 pm.Allowing am meals to eat with my kids.
Allow 10 goofs. 4 goof

Two meals yesterday.

Default Day 1 of 5 this week -90 days ends Jan 9, 2019

1. 5 X a week - check finances, keep tabs on balancing the checkbook, stay aware of credit card interest charges, opening ALL mail right away.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - 20 min walk w/friend on their property

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day. Friend gave me some soup, packing lunch and prepping snacks for tomorrow. Shopping list and menu need to happen. Starting job 2 tomorrow night, things getting busy.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - A very late orientation at work including an hour walk around the grounds (I've been working here for a month but enjoyed it.)

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day. I had to stop to get some stuff for dinner, prepped my fruit for when I wake up in the night. I know I need to get more groceries tomorrow evening. Both jobs today so not a lot of time.

was totally thinking about eating on the way home and just marking down that I did but didn't. Not sure why, so I'm guessing this commitment to practicing the habit of not doing it, and marking it down here, helped.

There's a reason I avoid this...but being aware of mistakes will help get a better energy going and prompt some changes.

2. 5 X a week - exercise for 20 min. - 45 min walk after work (finally had some time) enjoying the grounds where I work.

3. 5 X a week (should cover the week with leftovers) - make sure I have low carb food and have it prepared and ready to go for the next day.
Picked up everything I was out of and needed for lunches and dinner. Prepping for tomorrow. I am not doing a great plan but at least doing this.

Another goof. Enjoyed homemade ginger-apricot biscotti dipped in green tea. And enjoyed every bite.
