Oh yeah, it's great to reach a milestone. 25 pounds gone...and I plan NEVER to have to lose those same pounds again. Actually, today made 26 pounds...I sort of whooshed past the goal by a pound! So I am at 53% towards goal today! Crazy how that works, since just reaching halfway would have been enough to keep me happy for a few days...and to whoosh past that was pretty crazy.

Now that I'm halfway, I need to re-evaluate and see how it's going. Do I want to get all the way to 125? Haven't been near that number in a long time...so I won't be able to tell till I'm there. Getting ready to turn 50 pretty soon here...so I don't want to get so thin that I look bony or older than I need to. But realistically, the closer I get to goal, the slower I lose, so it could be a good long while before I have to question how low to go, lol!
