Well i think i finally broke the blood glucose beast. After about four weeks of limiting to a 4-6 hour eating window, skipping breakfast and running and biking 900 calories and then eating a couple hours later and eating my last meal around 3-4. Im less hungry with more energy and not at all hungry when i work out. My blood glucose now usually 88-105. When fasting maybe as high as 117 but this sure beats the postprandial spikes to 146-181 I saw before fasting! AM morning fasting still 99-108 but i think thats a low carb effect.
