New to the Group!

Hi! Everyone....I am new the group and finally found a doctor to listen to me and my quetions about the unpleasant changes with my body. It was confirmed that is it PCOS.

I have had a huge weight gain over the past 3 yrs, with most of it being belly weight. I want my flat tummy back!

I am open and activity seeking support, advice, and any wisdom anyone is willing to share!!

I can be very lazy and I am open to kicks in the butt, too!
