Low Carb Megastore - Discounts ?

I'd like to order (first time) a low carb product which is quite expensive.

I was wondering whether any of you know how to get a discount voucher from them. I have already queried them but no response, alas !

I don't think I have seen any of the low carb product websites in UK offering discount vouchers.

Maybe it is a USA-style thing?

I often get them online. I just request a discount; however they are not responding.
