Oh yeah, that happened to me.....yucky..felt like crap too...no pun intended....hehehe
Anyway...you can take stuff and if you look back on the threads Doreen and some others do say what you can take.
With me I just sucked back a bunch of salads and made sure I ate more low carb veggies. Did the trick...thank God
Oh and of course the dreaded one....more water drinking too, didn't realize I slowed down there!
