Welcome to lowcarb.ca PRISSY!

How to start? Have you read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution yet? It has all the information to start you off on the right foot. In addition, Protein Power is full of great information to so you may want to put it on your low-carb reading list. This way of eating encompasses a little more than just being in a no-sugar zone.

This board has many features. First read the FAQ. It will explain to you how to use the board. Then, journey up to the red bar at the top of the page and have a look at all the information in the red bar. Click on to all the forums so you become familiar with their content.

Other than that, just keep reading and posting!

Karen

Smile hi Prissy, welcome aboard

You'll find lots of information to read around here -- all the articles and topics from the menu above, as Karen pointed out. plus there's lots of good suggestions and help right here in other people's messages on this forum. You've already made the best start just by saying hello.

Looking forward to more posts from you, and good luck on your no-sugar journey ..

Doreen

You mean the orange bar at the top.

Old habits die hard!! I've had to correct myself a few times of this. Now it's no longer red, it's READ instead.

Maybe it is red on my screen...

Old habits die hard? That may be my mantra!
