Ferrygirl, that does sound like hard work. Make sure you're drinking enough water! That's always a beeline to packing on a couple of pounds for me.
Sheila, usually these "close to plan" lapses disappear within a week, if you stay strict and drink plenty of water. I've done the same thing on a couple of weekends away this year. I hate what the scale says when I get back, but I recover fairly quickly.
I'm headed in the right direction, but still up a lot from my low on Monday.
