Wish I could blame it on pistachios or some other indulgence, but I have been 100% faithful. But I know that I have been 100% faithful, so I just have to have faith that it will work in time. And I do. I think.

I'm not so sure of that, WB. It has been a nice whoosh so far this week, but I'm not confident it will stick. I'm not going to quit trying, but I've always struggled in the 220s and never know how long it will take to get down to the next pound.

But, I hope you are right!
