New goal is just to stay in the range of 189-192, while re-introducing a few carbs here and there. Yesterday for breakfast at a greasy spoon I used 1 of 2 slices of white bread provided to sop up egg yolk. Left the other slice on the plate (and eliminated hash browns when I ordered).
Of course, following that breakfast I went on a punishing training hike that I am feeling today...good butt soreness
