Because I eat so little processed foods, my sodium level on blood tests is often low. If I'm feeling particularly run down, drinking a couple glasses of salty lemonade picks me up again. As with most things, I've gotten away from it lately, but it did help both with constipation and with energy levels. I think of it as a margarita substitute.

When I'm having real issues, I'll drink 2 or 3 glasses of this, and the issues resolves itself. I've come to really like the taste of it, too.

I might try this one for my husband. At least once a month he needs a cup of Smooth Move - which works well, but he's not wild about the taste. He used to need it more often but I convinced him to up his fat intake & that's helped. Also magnesium - when he remembers.
