Default Anyone Tried The 6-second Abs Or Ablounge

I am just curious if anyone has tried the 6-Second Ab machine or the Ablounger. I see both of them and since I have such a problem with hurting my neck in crunches they both interested me. I just wonder how well they work.

I think SweetCakes has used the AbLounger on a regular basis - and you should see her progress!!!! OMG!

I'm not 100% sure it's the same product, but it has the same name...

My boyfriend has the Ablounger. Interestingly, he got it for his back, he had severe back problems last year and after couple of days with the Ablounger he was much better. I don't know if it was the stretching back (he goes pretty far back) or the strengthening of the abs, but it worked wonders.

I use it sometimes to work my abs, it's pretty good.
