Nausea?
Hi all,
I have recently (last week or so) become really nauseous.
Of course it may have nothing to do with diet, but thought I'd see what others think.
I've been atkinsing for about 8 months, 20-30 carbs a day, with a carb blow-out about once a month.
I've recently upped my exercise (strength training) and wonder if it's affecting me ketosis-wise? I saw someone else mention nausea when they're deep in ketosis.
I hope this makes sense.
So in your opinion, could it be exercise/diet related?
If so, should I eat more, (Low carb, more carb?)
