Saturday isn't postable, but I'll sneak in Sunday here (I'm sorry if I missed another thread) because IT WORKED!!!!

Protein Power, trying for 5 minimeals

Breakfast: 2 hb eggs, 4 slices bacon, butter

Elevenses: small apple with 1 tbl peanut butter

Lunch: hamburger (ground beef patty, fried)

Foursies (?): 3 stuffed mushroom caps (huge!) cooked in butter and stuffed with boursin and chopped cooked ham

Dinner: 2 Sticky Chicken thighs

Aside from the fact that I still can't manage to do a salad and that I'd like to do more vegetables, I'm happy with today

Wink Here's my Monday

Okay, here goes....
I had 2 eggs fried in butter with 2 pieces low carb bread(8 grams carbs each)
snack: 1 celery with cream cheese
Lunch: Spinach salad with celery, green onion, and 5 piece turkey bacon with Paul Newman's Dijon Lime dressing( oh, man is that yummy!!!)
Dinner: 1 grilled turkey pattie with more spinach salad, 1 cup green beans and green onion with more dijon lime dressing.
And lots and lots of water. Oh also 2 cups of coffee in the morning. Which I am trying to cut down on, but I love my coffee.

It looks like I lost another pound, so this kind of eating is yummy and working for me. Victoria Mainly I don't get hungry and now I crave salads!!!!
