Hi Lotus,

I will be adding and mixing very soon. Last year I was at the level to run a half marathon and accomplished that than out of the blue I stopped for basicly two months. These past few weeks I have been rebuilding - and I can tell you that won;t be happening again.

This year it will be a full marathon. Next week I will add squats and bench press, along with shoulders but will alternate throughout the five days of lifitng.

I would love to hear suggestions, support of anything to include crazy thoughts.

Thanks for stopping in and keeo on pushin it.

I did my chest & shoulder workout Sunday. Been busy taking care of the bf, he got in a car accident Monday and got tossed about in the car (which was totalled), got window glass in his hand stitches, all day at the ER, all that fun stuff.

Then I've been running around doing errands bringing my car back and forth to the shop and xmas shopping. I can count that as my cardio So, I haven't got anything else in yet. Looks like tomorrow is going to be leg and back day combined into one and bis/tris/forearms Friday. Off to the Longhorn to have a good steak and pick up my car

Hey Lotus. Sorry about your boyfriend's accident. I hope he is healing up quickly.

I read in your journal that you're making great progress with your weight-loss.

It's so nice having you back.

I haven't been able to get my work outs in between all the running around with xmas, (thank god it's over!) and my utter lack of umph. I haven't been eating much at all, feel rather blahhh so I haven't worked out in a week or so. Good news is, I got vast quantities of creatine and glutamine and Syntrax Nectar protein powder, so I am going to start that back up and hopefully it will give me the umph I need.
