Fruit or psyllium
Does anybody here eat any fruit at all? I haven't had a piece of fruit in seven months. The only carbs I eat are from pumpkin seeds, peppers, and green beans, for the most part, and my digestion is terrible. I try to stay away from insoluble fiber as much as possible because of my IBS so I don't eat many vegetables. I haven't had a normal bowel movement in months. I try to get enough fats, usually coconut oil, eggs, pumpkin seeds, and animal fat, but it doesn't seem to help. Is it okay to add an apple or two to back into to my daily diet or should I try psyllium? Any suggestions? Thanks.
