I've been taking policosanol for two months. I have high cholesterol, and this is my last chance to bring it down before being put on medication.

I'm due to get my cholesterol checked in March. I'm taking other supplements as well, but hoping the policosanol comes thru for me.

I was told by a pharmacist, that you have to take the supplements for at least three months before you will see any kind of results.

I would certainly rather take supplements than statins any day.
