I'll bet the LC foods would have not only higher vitamin and nutrient totals, but also lower fat, higher protein and fiber, and obviously the sugar totals would be incomparable.

I once ran side-by-side comparisons of Weight Watchers with Atkins for a nutritionist and she was absolutely shocked by the comparison. Both menus were exceedingly similar (I used Atkins maintenance to compare, since most folks will spend their time in maintenance). She was basically shocked into silence.
The only difference is that in Atkins you're making better food choices!
