okay.. I've got a little over 4 weeks to lose a ton of weight. lol I know that is not really realistic, but one can dream. My goal in to lose at least 10lbs by the wedding (my sister's wedding). I've done the low carb thing before as you can probably see by my Journal, but I quit doing it. Its going to be harder this time, because my husband is doing something totally different. It is going to be hard for me to control my cravings and not eat the stuff that he has in the house.
Any support is definitely welcome!

Default Support is here!!

Well, we'll be doing it together! I also have just under a month to lose a ton of weight...(I know, I know unrealistic, but worth a shot!)
I keep trying Atkins, sticking to it for a few weeks and then either feeling sick on it (nauseous and tired) or jsut falling to temptation...my husband eats junk food all the time...and when I break it's usually for a pizza!!!! What a way to go huh??!
Anyway, I am giving it yet another shot, though my friends and family are sorta mad at me because they think it makes me sick... which means I kinda have to do Atkins on the sly and not tell people...which makes it even harder!
So, GOOD LUCK!!
There are a ton of us all in the same boat and starting today so am I!
