I would just like to say hello to everyone here. I have recently self diagnosed myself with a candida problem after numerous visits to my doctor and being sent away with stress, ibs, pmt.... I'm sure you all know what I mean! It was wonderful to find this forum and to discover that there are other people in my position.And if anyone needs to buddy up with someone for mutual support and a shoulder to cry on when it's been a bad day then I'm your girl! I am finding it all very confusing as to what can be had and what can't, so it's all trial and error at the moment! But hopefully soon I will get there!

Its worth getting a good candida diet book. I've got several and the best by far is one by Erica White - it gives tests, lists of foods, supplements, receipes etc.
