Default lo carb recipes for candida

Hi I'm new here. I've been locarbing for quite a while (1998) but have never really lost the 30 pounds I've been wanting to lose. I have recently found out that I have been suffering chronic candida for a number of years and this would explain why I felt much better on this WOL but never really lost weight nor felt the "buzz and energy" I often read about and still had cravings(diary&cheese). I am determined to beat these nasty little critters and lose the unwanted blubber. Ontop of the normal anti-fungal foods to avoid I cannot eat diary, eggs, citrus, or apple cider vinegar. I would love some help on finding lo carb recipes for salad dressings. I would also really appreciate some recipes on other foods. Can anyone point be in the right direction? Lastly - can I eat seaweed? Many thanks.

There is a cookbook called The Candida-Albicans Cookbook that has many good recipes and an anti-candida eatting plan. It's the first low carb plan I used and helped me a lot!
