Default I'm back! preggo, with a ?

Hi, I was active on this board about a year ago. My problem went away or became manageable and I didn't stick around...

But now I'm 5 months pregnant and I think the yeast is coming back . I got that old feelin'...and its not pregnancy. Its tired and yucky and bloated and bad morning breath...you all know.

So I'm going back on the diet. I'm sure the diet I used before is safe for pregnancy. Its a little limited but I can work on that.

My question is, what about probiotics? I know it would be a tremendous help if I could take primadophilus in the a.m. and kyolic garlic at night. With the perfect-perfect diet, that should be all I need because I don't think I'm near as severe as I was.

I've been googling about probiotics and I keep finding conflicting opinions. Does anybody know?

thanks for any info! I didn't feel well at all during the first trimester, and had a lot more starches than I'm used to . It was all I could stomach at the time, but I think I invited the yeast right back in
