Default Please Help Me

Alright, I'm really confused right now and quite worried.
Since last week I've gone on a NO Carb/Sugar/Dairy diet to combat my yeast infection. I have been taking Caprylic acid, Oregano Oil, Echinacea, Vit C, Acidophilus, Milk Thistle, a digest detox enzyme...
Now, all of my ailments seem to have gotten much better. The rashes have almost fully receded, and only the itching persists, but not nearly as bad as before. So I though I was doing really well, and then I did a spit test last night and in the morning today and the strands came more quickly then ever and reached more than half-way down the glass?! It looked like its been the worse its been since I first got this infection!!?
How is it that I'm feeling better, my rashes are receding, but the spit tells me that the Candidas is worse than ever!?
Someone please help me, I really don't know what to do. This is incredibly frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciated…*sigh*

It's a sign that the candida is fighting back trying to survive. It's also a sign of how pervasive your yeast infection is. It takes about three weeks of treatment to eradicate candida, or longer depending on pervasiveness and severity, and then you should do a week of treatment every month or two to prevent recursions.
