I've used a couple of times. My doctor won't order certain tests that I want to see, plus I'm a little tired of our annual battle over statins. My doctor and I don't see eye to eye on my LDL cholesterol number, so I've pretty much dropped the annual checkup. Every 2 years is enough. Anyway, the savings are incredible on many of the labs I get and it pretty much works the same as it did when I went through And I do volunteer my data for the extra discount.

I have had the same experience with the annual physical with the traditional simple lipid panel. When I say I want actual results, not some that are estimated, and I want things like LDL particle size, and the degree of insulin resistance, it becomes a confusing request. I'm on the every-two-years plan as well. Coupled with the retirement of my regular GP and my reluctance to break in a new one, I've been purposely delaying. Thanks for the update. I'll check out before my next check up.

Don't blame you, Rob. The hunt for our new GP went through two other doctors, one of which has since left the profession!
