I second the Jay Robb brand. It is the best tasting Whey protein powder I've tried.....and it is extremly low carb. (1g) My favorite is the vanilla and I also like the chocolate. I have not tried the strawberry, but I bet it is delicious. I buy mine at Kroger and mix it with different things for my morning shake.....right now I'm using water, spash of heavy cream, flax seeds, chia seeds, handful of blueberries and sometimes a spenda packet -- blend it all up in my nutribullet for a delicious shake. I live out in the sticks, and my Kroger usually only carries the vanilla. I have to go in town to get chocolate

I have used coconut water or almond milk, but right now I'm using straight water with cream for fat.
