Default Flax crackers.

One thing I really missed was some form of crackers so I found a flax cracker by Foods Alive, thier not bad at all and I love the crunch. They 11g of crabs but 11g of fiber. I bought all the flavors but I think I the original the best.

I've heard of those before but haven't found them locally yet. They do look interesting though.

i see these occasionally at the health food store- they have carried the original and the maple- i have had both and liked them

be careful not to overdo them- all that flax can be difficult on the tummy.

Just picked these up at my local Whole Foods...not bad--a little bland despite the fact that I got the Italian Zest flavor (1 carb per 5 crackers)--but delicious with some cream cheese on top.

Now the waiting game begins...I only ate two crackers, and we'll see what the fallout is over the next 24-48 hours. I react horrbily to even just 1 MIM (need I say more than gastric distress?? )...so I'm not particularly optimistic.

If I can handle them, these will be a nice treat (emphasis on treat...they were $6.99 for a bag of about 20 crackers!).
