Default Chocolate instand mousse

Weight watchers - chocolate instant mousse
Sugar free - but it does have polydextrose which is a form of sugar from wht i can gather.

info on back ( which is when mixed with milk)
for 125ml serv
Energy - 64cal
protein 3.7
fat 2.4
carbs - total 8.8g
sugars (lactose) - 3.4g
sodium 99mg
potassium 200mg

Ok so i mde this with cream and water
super thick and super rich i ended up eating only half the serving
I think using the cream will cut out lot of the carbs in this

... and just when I was getting tired of sugar free jelly & cream ...

Thanks for this tip. I had thought of making sugar free Angel Delight (they come in all sorts of flavours) but the idea of substituting cream for the milk just plain escaped me! I'll try the cream/water method - does it separate during setting??

Default other things

no problem with serperation
well there was a tiny little bit but nothing noticeable.

Other way my friend suggested was just mixing
cream, coca, lil bit of sweetner and small mount of water should do the same thing
I have yet to try it

jelly and cream have you tried whipping them togeather when the jelly is setting? supposed to be very good

Thumbs up

I haven't seen WW instant mousse, will keep a look out for it now.

I have satisfied chocolate cravings before with whipped cream with cocoa and splenda added. No recipe just added to taste. Worked well, I could only eat a little.

Default mousse!!!! Wow!!!!

Hey there,
The weight watchers mousse now if that has 8.8gms carbs in it can this be good to eat in a day? Since I'm just on the 2nd week of L.Carbing should I wait until I've increased my carbs

What would be the difference in using milk than cream please

Still learning all about this WOE.

Cheers.
Karen.

Default ok

ok since i made that post awhile ago i found a much better simplier way of doing things.

all you need to do is get a container with a tight lid
pour some cream in add some coca, splender, or alittle bit of joknall jam or sauce. shake for awhile and you now have anice little mousse.
this is pretty filing and low in carbs.

best way i found to do it is
once you have finshed a jar of jam just keep reusing that perfect size
you will get a bigger mousse by whipping it but you get a good lil work out with shaking it all up

I'd say wait another week before having this
may just try some sugar free jelly now

Default hey thanks

Hi ecclaim,

Thanks for replying. Its great to get so many different ideas and help from this forum.
Where are you in N.Z.

Will try the way you just mentioned about the cream, cocoa etc and see how I like it. Sounds easy and yummy.

Will wait till after my 2nd week. Maybe this is where I'm going wrong with eating cream with my jelly and some L.Carb ice-cream that Reymi mentioned. Hope I haven't ruined anything

Cheers.
Karen.
