HI

Have any of you had a knee replacement? I am not sure I should use it but it sound so fun! I like that you spent less than $100 I cannot afford the $600 one!

I am so heavy just don't know if I can use it? I sent a question to the company Dan recommended but no replies.

Happy rebounding!!

Good sports bra is a MUST ladies, I wear one and a spandex type shirt that fits snug to keep things under control!!!

Hey! I don't have a knee repalcement, but a fused knee, so basically no knee at all. The rebounder is a very low impact, high intensity workout. They say that 10 min of bouncing is = to 20 min of jogging. I would talk to your ortho before getting one but my doc was all for it, very positive feedback. Get the one with a stabiliser bar, you will need it to start with and it can be easily taken off if you don't. Hope this helps, how long ago did you have your replacement done, and how is it working out?

I am looking at the Needak hard-bounce rebounder on Amazon.
It says it is rated for users 300-600 lb. While I am a good bit below 300 now, I figure I might as well get as heavy duty a model as I can swing.
I have a couple of pieces of jewelry and a Coach bag that I can put on ebay and cover the cost.

Anyone have this brand/model?

HI,

I haven't heard any of you talk how long you are on the rebounder or how it is going?
My knee was done in 08 and have had no problems!! I am going to buy one of these even if I truly don't bounce once I see how this group is doing with them and if they feel it was worth it!!

Uh oh. I shouldn't have bought this mini trampoline because I'm over 45 years old! See my separate post:
