I hit the gym every other day and typically do this:

1 hr intervals on treadmill

200 crunches

3 reps of 10 targeting triceps/biceps/chest/shoulders

1/2 hr stepper

1/2 hr treadmill incline

So far, it has been incredibly successful.

I'm going today and I doubt I'll be able to maintain that typical workout that I posted above. I'm tired today and busy. But anything helps.

I went at 530 this morning because I couldn't sleep. Stupid boys.

I did something different.

45 minutes of an incline of 13-14, walking at 3.7-4.0. It was exhausting and definitely worth is. I climbed over 1000 feet, and the calories burnt were insanely high. It's almost better to do that than jog.

200 crunches on machine.
100 crunches with weight ball.
3 reps of 10 for biceps, triceps, chest.
10 minutes on stepper.

I was too tired to do anymore than that. Still quite an accomplishment going on zero sleep.

Today, brought a friend along for her first gym experience.

Went 1 hr on the treadmill, intervals, switching between 0.0 incline to 14.0. Switched through speeds as well, varying from 3.5-6.6. Did good.

The did 300 crunches, 3 reps of 10 for triceps/biceps/shoulder, and did 30 ab things in this chair type of thing that you ... oh man, I don't know what it's called....

Yesterday did

1 hr on treadmill, intervals, varying incline and speed. Sweated like crazy, and burned about 900 cals. Not sure how accurate that cal reading is though.
300 crunches, 100 of which with 6 lb ball.
3 reps of 10 as per usual, but with heavier weights. Trying to push a bit more.
Closing off with 25 minutes on the stepper.
The end.

I seriously suck so much. I'm so not motivated

Saturday night, 1500 stairs
45 minute jog/walk

Monday, 30 minute walk

and that's it recently. just terrible

I'm gonna try to go to the gym later tonight after work. I'm just finding it incredibly difficult to find the motivation and energy. I feel as though I'm always gonna be fat and ugly.

Found my gym log!

Went for an hour long run yesterday, on trails and on the street. Lots of sweating

Walked 2k and ran 1k today. It's too humid out for running. I gotta start going in the morning or evening.
