Good article putting things in perspective. Of course, it's easier to simply take prescription drugs and not make the lifestyle change sacrifice to lose weight, but losing the weight is also far more beneficial in the long term. Sustainability? I believe if an individual experiences positive results, it serves well as an incentive to continue with the healthy lifestyle changes. I view the weight loss as an accompanying result combined with many other healthy benefits that occur from lifestyle adjustment as well.
