Default exercise

So lately I've been eating like crap because I've been exercising so much I just haven't made time for healthy eating. I've been going to the gym, hiking, and other fun summer pursuits and my yeast problems seem to be getting better despite eating spaghetti, bagels, tortillas, ect.

I've also started taking vitamin C at every meal the past couple of weeks because it's supposed to help with iron absorption and while I have no evidence to suggest that I'm anemic I don't think the vitamin C will hurt me, but I'm also not sure that it's helping.

Has anyone else found exercise to be helpful for yeast? Or could it just be something else?
