I was wondering if it was possible to get my old account pw sent to me?
I have NO idea what email was used, it was soo long ago, but more then likely not one I use anymore.
maybe candiflip at hotmail dot com ? which I have not had in years.

Yes, it's possible . I've updated the email in your previous account with the new one used for CandiceW. Here's what you need to do now ...

1. log out from CandiceW
2. click the forgotten password link .. http://forum.lowcarber.org/login.php?do=lostpw ..and follow the instructions.
3. an automated password will be sent to the new address. Note: make sure your email inbox is set to receive mail from lowcarber.org, otherwise it might be blocked as spam.
4. once logged in to your old account, you can change the password to whatever you wish ..

This new account will later be merged with the old one. Also, when you submit a request for new password, be sure to retrieve the email and click the link right away; the automated password will expire in 24 hrs (for security) so you'd have to do it all over again.
