Default dungenous crab dip (OMG)

10 ounces crab meat
1/2 cup mayo (more if needed)
2 Tbs. sour cream
green onions
zest of one lime skin grated very thinly
juice of one lime
dash of red pepper flakes
1 Tsp. hot pepper sauce

salt and pepper to taste

stir and chill

serve on celery sticks, green or red pepper boats

I am so full.........I WAYYYYYYY overdid it!

Dungeness crabs are the best crabs and my single favorite thing to eat on the entire planet

We have a good friend that owns a big seafood house here. I am lucky to be able to buy them by the case. They are much more meatier than Alaskan King Crab legs. Much easier to open too!!!
