Default Vanya's Workout Log

Since I've been on Atkins (Aug 8), I've been working out. It's time to start a log so I can see my progress and feel better about myself. There's something about seeing it in writing that makes you feel positive and 10 feet tall

-30mins of cardio, includes 5mins abs (slim in 6)

Really tired today for some reason but pushed myself to workout. Been mini cheating these past two days so that's what's bringing me down and I know it!
Today I did:

20mins treadmill..fast walking
10mins ab routine..ouch but a good OUCH

Getting back into my routine later today. I'll be doing:

20mins cardio-tread.

Doesn't seem alot but I don't want to push myself too much at first. Plus it's Monday..blah

That's right, Vanya, little by little. You'll work up to much more later. Just keep it up.

Have a great evening.

Hey Vanya,

You're doing great.
Do you walk on a treadmill or outdoors?

Have a great night.

Still sick but managed to workout. I started my Power 90 series and did 35mins plus the ab routine. It's 10 routines, 10times..so 100 crunches

It's a good start

Vanya
