Default Reducing Bill's Gut

A week into induction, I started my exercise plan today. The plan is to run, do yoga, and also play basketball and ice skate when I get the chance. I ran track and cross country in high school, so I have some knowledge of the sport, just not the fitness to do it well right now. I have tried to start running again, but I have gone out too fast and become discouraged very quickly in the past. In fact, this past summer I hurt myself pretty seriously, suffering from tendonitis for about 5 months.

When I saw this plan, the two months to 5k plan , I knew if I followed it closely I would probably not hurt myself. On the first day out my leg did not hurt, I got a good workout, and it didn't wipe me out (which would have discouraged me), and I feel energized.

I am hopeful.
