Default March Callanetics

Welcome to March. I'm hoping to get back on the bandwagon with Callanetics. I started in August and continued through January. February it got cold, and I got sick and lazy. I decided to not beat myself up, and call it "Maintenance".

Callanetics has trimmed my hips, thighs and butt faster than anything else. I am also incorporating a low carb diet, weight training and walking on a treadmill until the weather gets warm.

My goal for March is 8 hours. I hope to do more, but I want to do at least 8 and get moving toward my goal again.

Ellen

Hey! I didn't know if anyone else was interested, so I didn't start a thread this month. Heck, if I'm the only one who cares, I'll just talk to the cats about it.

We all have sick and lazy days. You're right not to beat yourself up. So far this month, I've done 4 hours, with plans to do that every week. BUT, whether or not that'll happen...? Ah, well. I'm giving it a try, anyway!

Yes! a Callanetics thread. I love the gravity fighting effects of Callanetics. Every time I work on my weight I go back to this program. I have cut the hour in to a 20 minute workout I do 3x a week (joints won't do an hour). So my goal is an hour a week.
