Default how to calculate 'fried' vegetables?

I just fried turnips. i was able to pull up raw turnips. but now how do I indicate that I fried them so I get the accurate fat content?

(the other options were boiled turnips,with/without salt, frozen).

is there a way to do this for any vegetable?

Did you fry them in butter? Add the Tbs butter, or coconut oil, or whatever.

What kind of oil is in the fryer? Add a couple of tablespoons of that to your totals.

thanks, thats what I ended up doing- adding 2 T oil. I thought perhaps there was a function in MY plan that would calculate the ratios when something was fried.
