Default how to enter one bite portions?

i'm wondering how to enter info when you only take a bite or two of a food? for example, sometimes i might take one bite of pasta or one bite of an enchilada. any suggestions?

A "bite", IMO, varies too much from person to person to be measurable. There are some people who might stuff as much food as possible into their mouths at one time and say, "I only had one bite." There are other people who might just take the tiniest nibble of a food and call it a "bite". As I said, though, that's JMO.

that is so true. in my case, though, i am talking about a truly reasonable one bite portion.

You can take an equivalent spoonful of whatever-your-own-bite-size is, and quickly weigh it on a scale.
