Question supplements, vitamins, meds

Is there anyplace to record the herbal supplements, vitamins and prescription med.s I take? AND, is there anywhere to find out the ingredients and carb count of herbal supplements? I'm starting to think the DonQuai (sp) that I'm taking may be the culpret for no weight loss.

I don't know if there's a way to add dietary supplements to My P.L.A.N.

JMO, but I don't think carb counts are available for them. Since they aren't regulated by the government, and low carbers are still a minority group in regards to dieters as a whole, companies aren't required to calculate or report the carb content of the supplements they make. Again, JMO.

You can create a custom entry for vitamins. Just add it as a custom food, with 0 for calories, protein, fat and carbs, and enter the data for the vitamins and m inerals, such as 200mg for calcium, etc.
