I love the chicken wraps from Swiss Chalet but they are too expensive.
I make my own and they taste exactly the same.

3 oz cooked chicken,cold o carbs
1 or 2 slices cooked baco 0-1 carb
2 oz Swiss cheese 2 carbs
1/4 of a small tomato 0.8 carbs
1 leaf lettuce o carbs
1 Tblspn Mayo 0 carbs
La tortilla Co. green onion tortilla...3 carbs
Total Carbs= 6

I ahd it for lunch today with some cucumber slices and some renes blue cheese dressing...filling and very tasty!

THey are fine to pack for lunch.Just remove the seeds from the tomato so the wrap doesnt get soggy.
