Za'taar--sooooo much better than a midlife red sports car.

In fact being healthy and feeling good is what every woman deserves. It's not about a midlife crisis, it's not about peri-menopause, it's not about a number on the scale, it's about feeling good about yourself and feeling healthy.

And yes, the attention from the 30 year old man is just a bonus

I have been back to plan for 3 years and have been at goal for 2 years.

The lowest weight during this journey was 135# which for me was a too low and difficult to maintain, plus made me look haggy. My weight has settled out to about 144-145# which I am content with.

Still fighting the good fight of maintenance and trying not to become disheartened regarding the changes that my body has embraced as I just hit my 52nd--women of my age know to which I refer.

So boring this year when I went for my annual with my PCP--no labs needed, no convincing about my WOE, (he finally admitted that it blows his mind when he sees my LDL particle size).

Just keep on keepn' on.

Progress not perfection.

Lisa
