Congradulations and Thank you for sharing your story.
I have lost 13 lbs in 23 days, my goal is a total of 125 lbs in 6 mo. I see that you and others have done it, so i do not feel it is unrealistic for. I am taking vit's, recommended supplements, and enough water to float a boat LOL (120oz a day at least sometimes more). My biggest fear is what I hear about the STALL!!!

Did you stay on the induction diet during your wieght loss period or did you add veggies to it? I am sorry if you posted that somewhere and I over looked it.

Whatever it is going to take I am willing to do. I was a size 6 when I married 26 years ago. Now... But everything is looking up.

Thank you again.

Default Go you

I am a genral low carb dieter and found my information on trinity health and fitness and I follow this plan whcihc I don't think is on here, But mine simply wants me to get greens, and berries in a long with plenty of meet and very few grains. But caffeine is fine and so are zero calerie sweeteners. DO you have any tips or are you loyal to a specific plan?

Looking at your pictures, I think you were an attractive larger woman, but now, you're just so beautiful.

Spectacular results, way to go, you and many others on this forum are inspiring.

How's life been since you lost weight? Have all the changes been positive? Other than congratulating you, in the long term or after the initial shock, how have ppl reacted to your transformation? Have your friendships remained the same?
