Unhappy fell off the lc wagon

Not sure what has come over me, I was actually losing weight according to the scale, though I didn't really feel thinner so I think I got discouraged. Anyway, I have been not really doing things properly, like not balancing my reward meals right and have been sneaking Jolly Ranchers everyday. I ate chips and dip today, and a chocolate bar and Chinese food on Thurs. So I guess tommorrow is another day, I will start again tommorrow. I like what someone's saying was, about how you have to live up to your ultimate goal and not let your desires of the moment jeopardize it. That seems to make sense to me as I am very into instant gratification. Anyway I am rambling but just wanted to reconnect to the forum, it does help to read it everyday, keeps me strong. Oh one good thing I did do this week is I did excercize, so I am not a total screw up! just partial!

Unhappy I did too.

I was frustrated last week, and so I just gave myself permission to take the weekend off. Today is another day though, and I'm back on the plan....

Good luck and hang in there!

Exclamation Splurging all over

Don't feel bad, I have been splurging left and right. I feel okay about it though because I know I can forever start over.

Smile.... You're still doing something good for your body, it just may take awhile.
