I love cheese too. Last night I had my Aunt and her husband over. He is a very fine chef and he always shops and cooks for us. He brought this fab varity of cheeses. One was crumbly and soft and reminded me of cottage cheese that had been pressed together.... mmmmm......

Lovely ain't it?

Has to be lobster. Not that I can afford lobster, but I sure do love it!

Affordable favorite would have to be, meatballs.

Smile Deviled Eggs

well......
lets see.....

An egg has less than one carb. Miracle Whip has 2 carbs per tbsp, and a squirt of mustard has none. Paparika has what? none?

Atkins has a great carb counter.
