Thanks for your note, I hope you get back on track soon. I feel like myself again. I'm basically eating meat and veggies again. Like today I had hamburger stew with zuchini, muchrooms, onions, crushed tomotoes, and garlic for lunch, chicken and salade for supper, scrambled egg for breakfast. coffe and tea with cream during the day. Cant tell you how much better I feel, all the bloating is gone thank god. write to me anytime...friends in low carb places......................michele (Mich_4124~hotmail.com)

What's up Michy! I am back on lc again too, 2nd day and feeling so much better, I am definitely gonna lose these 30 lbs this new year! my motto NEW YEAR NEW ME! Today I had 3 scrambled eggs with cheese, salad with egg for lunch and I'm gonna have some meat for dinner, It was posted on one of the threads that to break a stall or something eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch and little bit for dinner, so I'm trying that, I gotta tell u that just doing it one day when I got on the scale this morning and it said 166 instead of 169 from yesterday, I was like HOORAY! You can write me anytime too, I do so much better when I get on this forum everyday!

Dear HappytoLose,
Glad to hear your back on track!! write to me anytime!! I have to admit, Its hard over the holidays as i do enjoy an occasional alcoholic beverage, so I will be drinking white wine 0 or 1 sugar coat, or my sleeman clear beer 2.5 grams carb per beer. Happy New Year!! (Mich_4124~hotmail.com) Yipee!!
