I've never cooked it longer into crackers. That would be good! I've been wanting to eat crackers and cheese. This would be perfect. Glad everyone is enjoying the bread.

Made this the other day using my muffin top pan to get 6 "slices". Absolutely wonderful! Perfect for a "sandwich"! Now, I do like tuna so I had no trouble with the tuna taste but even hubs didn't mind it and he usually comments on low carb recipes. Thank you so much for this delightful recipe.

HI guys! Tonight got home after a CRAZY DAY (and I do mean, CRAZY!!!) and thought I'd do up some "tuna bread pizza"!

SO, I tried to do it from memory and got my ratios all mixed up- but the good news is, I added some cheddar cheese to the mix so, hopefully it'll all work out!

I did: 2 sm cans tuna, 4 eggs, basil, oregano, garlic powder and about 4 ounces old cheddar. Blended until like batter.
Poured over silicone baking sheet. Baked at 350, for about 20min? until it looks "dry". Then, took it out, added grated mozzarella, pepperoni and a few bits of cut up mushroom.

SOOOOO GOOD!!! Gonna' try to attach a photo...

yum!

This has to be one of the most creative recipes I've seen on here yet. ICanDoThis is a genius. Looks way easier than other bread substitutes I've tried making. I do have a question though, roughly how long does it take to bake?

I did not come up with this recipe. Someone mentioned it one time and I fiddled eith it a bit an voila' bread! I want to try that pizza now. And tomorrow I think I'll make it into crackers. I have tons of cheese I got on sale. A little mustard and maybe some beef stick and I'll be in holiday heaven!

Jama, thank you for reviving this thread.

I haven't had a sandwich in forever, and this would be such a good "by myself for the w/e" helper.

Not to mention, tasty. I'm thinking chicken bread, and then putting some of the Costco pulled pork with mayo, green onion and olives on it with a couple slices of bacon
