Question about discovering problem foods
By problem foods, I mean foods that stall weight loss. My question is for anyone who isn't losing pounds (plural) per week. As you introduce new foods, how much time do you give each one before you consider it safe? It doesn't seem like introducing a food for 3 days is long enough to know if the food is a staller, because you wouldn't expect to lose any weight in that timeframe anyway. What is your experience?
