Found some reasonably lowcarb chicken sausages at Woolies this week. They are Mt Barker free range chicken sausages and work out to about 1.4g carbs per sausage (or 2.8g per 100g). I thought they tasted great and they sold out pretty quick as well. I don't know if these would be available in the eastern states and may just be a local Perth product.
